Receptionist

• Be the friendly and professional point of contact for all calls and visitors 
• Handle administrative tasks and assist with communication between residents and staff 
• Ensure a warm and welcoming environment 
• Maintain confidentiality, manage concerns, and uphold the integrity of the front desk 
• Represent our newest community with pride, professionalism, and care

What You’ll Need: 

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in reception or administrative work in senior living or a related healthcare setting is required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and printer usage is required
• Consistent work history with no significant employment gaps
• Demonstrated job stability and commitment to longevity in the position.  
• Ability to manage interruptions and juggle multiple priorities in a visible role 
• Dependable, calm, and professional
