Job Description

Salary: $77,000 - 117,000 per year Requirements:

  • We require an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • We require an active CISSP or CISM certification.
  • We require 10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity or information assurance.
  • We require proven experience securing cloud environments, with AWS preferred.
  • We require deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and hands-on experience applying RMF in DoD settings.
  • We require experience implementing STIGs and using automated security scanning tools.
  • We require U.S. citizenship.
  • We require eligibility to undergo a government security investigation and access classified information.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead RMF and ATO activities, including the Authorization and Accreditation process, to obtain and sustain a full Authorization to Operate.
  • We develop and maintain the System Security Plan and document security-related software and hardware configuration management.
  • We identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps and manage the Plan of Actions and Milestones to resolve affected security controls.
  • We oversee eMASS packages and work with ISSOs and ISSMs to maintain continuous compliance.
  • We implement changes needed to remain aligned with STIG requirements and DoD cybersecurity policy.
  • We conduct recurring technical security assessments and review the environment to verify SSP compliance.
  • We report security incidents to the ISSM and take protective or corrective action when issues are found.
  • We ensure the codebase is free from High or Critical static and dynamic vulnerabilities before production releases.
